THE SALE

The system of sales by auction is the most efficient means to have an objet d'art sold,
as it facilitates open competition of all devotees and collectioners throughout the world.

HOW TO SELL

Once you have had your furniture and objets d'arts appraised by our experts, you may then wish to sell them.
We can then decide together how best to proceed and organise a sale.

In effect, organising more than 50 sales a year, it is easy for us to direct goods consigned to us to an appropriate sale venue:
- Ordinary or arcade sales
- Important sales
- Specialised sales

These sales are held throughout France (in Paris and the provinces).
All furniture and goods consigned to us benefit from an important promotion: they are displayed in-house and are featured in one of our catalogues which are widely distributed.

Expenses to the seller:

Expenses amount to 12,5% and this comprises:
Expert fees, auctioneer fees, catalogue expenses (printing and mailing), photo expenses, publicity and insurance expenses.

Transportation of the Goods:

Often working with a transport company, the firm can assist you in shipping to/from France and abroad.

HOW TO BUY

Attending a sale:
Anyone may buy at an auction (such as those advertised in the "Hotel Drouot Gazette" or at an auctioneer in-house sale) furniture and goods which are displayed before the sale. The expert present at the viewing is at your disposal for information and advice about items, for example their period and condition.

During the sale:
- You may bid yourself
- If you are unable to attend personally, you may leave a purchase order with the expert
- You may also arrange to be called by phone during the sale, and you can then place your bids
personally and anonymously.

Expenses borne by the buyer:
